How can I track my order from ModuTile?

When ordering from ModuTile.com, we will request your email address in order to provide you with an invoice and tracking information. When your product gets shipped, our system will email your tracking information to you. Since our servers are connected with FedEx, you will be able to press the tracking number to track the pakage(s) directly from your account on our website. If your order is shipped via LTL, we will provide you with the appropriate link and tracking number (Pro #) for the shipment. You can also visit the appropriate website or call the carrier to track your package.

 

If you do not have an email address, you can always call our customer service number so we can track it for you.  Remember that most orders will take 3 to 5 business days get to you once it has left our warehouse in Houston, TX.  Also, when the order is shipped via FedEx, sometimes the packages become separated, so it is possible for them to arrive on two separate days. We always provide the master tracking number, so you can visit www.fedex.com to track the status of additional packages, if necessary.
