Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern ModuTile's relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website. The term "ModuTile" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website. The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:


Returns & Replacements

For a refund to be given on merchandise that you believe is defective or does not live up to the specifications noted on the website, the product must be returned. The cost of shipping will not be returned if ModuTile deems the product as within specifications. All merchandise should be returned to ModuTile freight prepaid at customer's expense. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product and color work in their application based upon the information on the website. The original shipping charge will not be returned unless incorrect merchandise was sent, the merchandise was sent to the wrong location, or if the merchandise was damaged in transit. If the shipment was damaged in transit, you must file a report with UPS, FedEx or the LTL carrier in order for us to initiate a claim.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as when it arrived to you within 30 days of the date of delivery.
  • The product must not have been installed, removed and then returned.
  • Contact us at to retrieve an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return address.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. May use any carrier of your choice.

After we have received your product, a quality inspection will be made. Any product not returned due to quality issues will have a 25% re-stocking fee applied.  Upon completion of our inspection, for products deemed used there will be a minimum of 50% re-stocking fee.  If upon inspection returned products are deemed not restockable, you will be notified via email. The non-restockable items will not be credited to your account. Orders under $75.00 are not returnable.

Items that are non-returnable

Any custom flooring done by ModuTile (basketball courts, logos, or any special request such as cutting) are final sale. They will not be accepted back for a refund as that is done as a special request. It is customer’s responsibility to make sure what the customization requested to ModuTile works for their project. These customizations may included but not limited to custom kit dimensions, logos, images or cutting. If the tiles are for a third party, make sure the dimensions are approved by customer prior to requestion ModuTile to make the custimzed product or alterations to a kit.


Shipping & Delivery

The shipping process begins after an order is placed and payment is received. Most orders of in-stock products are processed and packaged within 24 – 48 hours. Special orders (including courts) are likely to have a longer lead time. Based on the weight of the product, the order will either be shipped with FedEx Ground or via one of our LTL freight carriers.

Shipping Destinations

All shipping offers apply only to the 48 contiguous states of the USA. Additional fees will apply for orders going to Hawaii or Alaska. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, or any other US territory that is not part of the continental USA. Canada and Mexico are also excluded. If you wish to purchase a product and reside outside of the Continental USA, special arrangements are required. For customers residing outside of the USA, please contact your own logistic company to make necessary arrangements. Many Canadian customers arrange for the product to be delivered in border towns and then make the trip to pickup the product. ModuTile reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Shipment Notifications

Once an order has been created, the person of contact listed in the billing information will receive a confirmation e-mail. A representative in the Shipping department will then book a carrier for pickup. After the product has been processed, loaded and shipped, the same person of contact will be notified via e-mail of the name and telephone number of the shipping company, along with the tracking number of their shipment.

  • FedEx Ground - Estimated transit time for a shipment traveling with FedEx will be 3 – 6 business days. FedEx Ground does not schedule appointments for delivery and will drop off the shipment at the customer’s designated location with or without a recipient present. Ground service delivery does not require an authorized signature. If these special services are preferred, please contact Customer Service after you have placed your order.

  • LTL Freight Carriers - If an order ships with one of our designated LTL freight carriers, estimated transit time will be 6 – 14 business days. The freight company in route with the shipment will call in order to schedule a time for delivery. We suggest for all customers with a scheduled delivery time to contact the freight company the day of the appointment to confirm that their order will arrive in the allotted scheduled time. If a delivery appointment is not needed, the LTL freight carrier will deliver the shipment curbside to the location listed in the shipping address any time from Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. LTL freight carriers require an authorized signature from the recipient in order to release the shipment.

Time of Delivery

 Free standard shipping takes approximately 6 – 14 business days, depending on the size of the order and destination within the contiguous 48 states. However, if expedited shipping is paid for, the Shipping department will book the carrier that has the quickest transit time, which is usually anywhere from 2 – 6 business days depending on the destination in relationship to our warehouse. Primarily, orders ship out of the main warehouse in Houston, Texas. However, we do have other warehouses within the USA. If we encounter any delays while the order is being processed, you will receive an e-mail providing the expected ship out date. ModuTile retains the right to choose the carrier with the best rates.

To ensure delivery by a certain deadline, it is the customer’s responsibility to order well in advance and long before the cutoff date. The customer must also notify Customer Service prior to purchase in order to confirm stock count. If you are requesting to receive an order before a holiday, please contact Customer Service in advance so that there is enough time to process and ship your order.

NOTE: ModuTile is not held accountable for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or delayed shipments, nor for product damage caused by the carrier. Proper claims will need to be made directly with the carrier.

Additional Shipping Services

There are extra services that are not included with standard LTL shipping. These additional shipping services include inside delivery, guaranty delivery, address change, limited access, apartment delivery, storage facility delivery, destination terminal storage, and re-delivery. The customer may pay for these additional services by contacting ModuTile’s Customer Service department.

ModuTile is not held accountable for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or delayed shipments, nor for product damage caused by the carrier. Since FedEx does not require an authorized signature upon receipt of the shipment, there will be an additional fee for that service as well.


Sales Tax

8.25% Texas Sales Tax applies to all items that are shipped to Texas addresses, or items that are picked up from our warehouse.


Color Disclaimer

Please be sure to order samples before placing your order. Monitor colors vary dramatically by brand and lighting environment you're in. For this reason, we cannot honor our satisfaction guarantee on colors for those who did not previously order color samples. Due to the variances in the color due to production runs, dye, etc. each lot color will vary for any of the products on this site. These variances are minimal, but there is no way to assure the exact color of the floor tiles or other products on this site when ordering at different times. To ensure maximum color consistency, plan your order in advance and place your entire order at the same time. Sample colors may also vary slightly as our samples may come from different production lots.



What is covered: All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.

Who is covered: This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser, in a residential application.

What is not covered: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by abuse, misuse or improper installation. All materials can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, plastics tend to crack. We consider these things normal wear and tear not covered by this warranty. Colors may vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match sample swatches or previous purchases.

Length of Coverage: Please review each product description for length of the warranty for the specific product you are interested in.  The warranty coverage applies only to the original retail buyer of said product. Any implied warranties which you may have are in duration to the time during which you, as the original retail buyer owns the products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. Please see individual product specifications for exact warranty information. Commerical usage has a limited replacement only warranty of one year from the time of purchase.

What We Will Do: If your product is defective during the warranty period we will, at our option, either repair or replace, without charge, that defective product. This shall be your sole remedy under this warranty.

No Liability for Incidental or Consequential Damages: Repair or replacement of defective products is your sole remedy under this warranty. In no event shall we be liable for transportation costs to or from the buyers location or dealer location, costs of removal or re-installation of our products or incidental or consequential damages.

How to get Service: To obtain service under this warranty, return your products along with the original sales receipt to the dealer from which it was purchased. You will be responsible for transporting the product to and from the place you purchased the product.

Your rights under State Law: This warranty gives you the specific legal rights; you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.


Phone Orders

All Phone order customers are responsible to verify their orders on the order confirmation that is emailed to them after checkout. Customers that fail to do so will void the satisfaction guarantee on the website. This is a tool to ensure no mistakes are made. We strongly suggest that you review your email confirmation after every order. If a customer does not receive an email confirmation for any reason such as an incorrectly entered email address, it is the customer's responsibility to contact selectblinds in order to obtain their order confirmation. All other terms and conditions apply to phone orders.
