Outdoor Patio Flooring - Perforated Floor Tiles

Renovate your boring old concrete patio floor or old wooden deck floor with our perforated interlocking floor tiles made in the USA.  These perforated tiles use a loop-to-peg interlocking system making them very easy to install.  With the dual grid perforated (drain) design, the tiles tend to look two-toned when viewed at an angle.  These patio floor tiles are 12 x 12 x ½ inch and will allow water or other liquids to drain easily.

Patio Tile Design

ModuTile perforated tiles are made out of a specially formulated high-impact polypropylene (high-impact plastic) that will support heavy loads. It is a rigid product, but it will conform to a slightly uneven surface. Yes, the tiles can support the weight of your patio furniture. The mesh design allows full air and water flow. We designed them to be used on your patio flooring or deck flooring so they come with UV protection for use in direct or partial sunlight.  In addition, the patio tiles have a non-slip surface design as seen on the close-up pictures. They can also be interlocked with other ModuTile ½ coin and diamond tiles with model numbers starting with T0US, T1US.

Patio Flooring Installation

Installation is as easy as snapping the tiles together like a children's block set. The tiles interlock together with the loop-to-peg system by aligning the peg to the loop and pressing down with your fingers or a small rubber mallet. Start with a clean concrete subfloor or deck floor making sure you remove any foreign material such as nails or rocks that may prevent the tiles from laying flat. These patio floor tiles require a flat subfloor (though some unevenness is okay). We recommend the use of gloves, a small rubber mallet and knee pads. If you need to cut the tiles, please use a jig-saw with a fine tooth blade (plastic blade). When using an electric blade, make sure you use protective glasses and take any safety precautions recommended by the owner's manual for the tools used.

Cleaning and Maintenance

If needed, sweep the patio or deck flooring and wash with mild soap and water. Use a shop-vac to clean small debris.
